Payment Information When you use paid services (such as when you book accommodation or an experience related to a trip through us or establish a provider relationship through us), we need certain financial information (such as your bank account or credit card information) to process payments and comply with applicable law. If you are a Supplier, we may require additional information such as your tax identification or identification (where permitted by applicable law) and other proof of identification or verification to verify your identity, provide Payment Services and comply with applicable law. Communications with SLS. When you communicate with SLS, we collect information about your communication and any information you choose to provide.

When you, as a Guest, submit a reservation request, certain information about you may be shared with the Supplier to coordinate the reservation, such as your name, contact information and arrival date.
When you, as a provider, have a confirmed reservation, certain information about you can be shared with the guest to coordinate the reservation, such as your full name, phone number and accommodation address.
It is necessary to share this information to provide Guests with our services, and we do not share your billing and payment information with other Members.
3.3. Reviews, listings and other public information.
The SLS Platform publishes information that is visible to the general public. For example:
The Public Publications pages are publicly visible and include information such as the approximate or exact location of the Accommodation, the description of the Listing, the availability of the calendar and any additional information that the Supplier decides to share.
After completing a reservation, Guests can write reviews that can appear publicly on the List pages (and other pages where we can market Accommodation) with their name, last initial and general location.
If you submit content on our blog, in a public forum or in a social media post, or use a similar feature on the SLS platform, that content is publicly visible.
The information that you share publicly on the SLS platform can be indexed through third-party search engines. If you change your settings or your public content, these search engines may not update your databases. We do not control the practices of third-party search engines, and may use caches that contain your outdated information.
3.4. Service providers.
We use a variety of external service providers to help us provide services related to the SLS platform and ensure that we can provide our services properly. For example, service providers can help us: (i) verify or authenticate your identification, (ii) verify information against public databases, (iii) help us with background checks, fraud prevention and risk assessment, or ( iv) provide customer service, advertising or payment services.
